Until now, the single biggest life-changing event was travelling to India when I was in my early 20s. Before setting foot on the yellow earth of this pulsating country I was on the career path of the typical business and management student. Afterwards, I changed my major to anthropology and travelled as much as the classes and later my job allowed me to.
Travelling is important to me. It’s a way to understand the world and oneself. When I learned of so-called Digital Nomads, I also wanted their freedom made possible by working remotely for clients all over the world. Internet and good coffee are all I need to get the job done nowadays.
Here are some of the cities I called home at one point or another: Amsterdam, Cairo, Paramaribo, Berlin, Yangon, Bangkok. Hopefully, there will be more to come.
